Future Technical Support Engineer
Be the bridge between Elovi and the sellers who use it. You'll help customers succeed, understand the product deeply enough to troubleshoot and explain it, and feed real-world insights back to the engineering team.
What you'll do
- Help sellers connect their stores and get value from Elovi in their first week
- Understand the product at a technical level — know what the models do, how they improve, and how to explain it in plain English
- Identify patterns in customer questions and turn them into product improvements
- Build relationships with customers that drive retention and word-of-mouth
- Work directly with engineering to prioritize features based on real customer pain
What we're looking for
- Experience in customer-facing roles (support, sales engineering, account management)
- Comfortable with technical products — you don't need to code, but you need to understand how software works
- Excellent written communication — clear, warm, and concise
- Genuine interest in e-commerce, Amazon FBA, or small business operations
- Self-starter mindset — we're early stage, you'll wear multiple hats
Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce platforms
- Background in sales or business development
- Familiarity with data analytics or machine learning concepts (in plain English)
